The customer required an customer relationship and order management system for his DSL business. All important actions have been made accessible via Web, so the individual DSL customers can do their orders, tarif changes, management of their personal data, etc, by an easy-to-use web interface.
From this database, RADIUS configuration (OpenRadius) is generated and account data is fed back to the database for automatic invoice generation.
